I made 1/2 quantity of Chad Rober...I will try this. I made 1/2 quantity of Chad Robertson's brioche by hand, without a mixer, by adding butter slowly and mixing well each addition. I also added some half hour turns and folds,l his other recipes. It worked just fine, I expect this will too.
