Posset is a chilled silky and creamy dessert with an amazing mouthfeel. While it might look like pudding or mousse, it's anything but. Plus, it's super easy to make.

This blood orange side car cocktail takes advantage of the bittersweet flavors of blood oranges and combines them with the flavors of the side car.

Blood oranges are wonderful in cocktails. They have such a gorgeous color. They are usually available from winter until early spring depending on where you live.

When it's not blood orange season, just use mandarin oranges and add an extra dash of bitters. As an alternative, Trader Joes's sells this amazing tangerine juice that would be perfect along with a dash of bitters.

Strawberry Papaya and Blood Orange Margaritas
