Shrimp and Pork Meatball Wonton Noodle Soup

This Shrimp and Pork Meatball Wonton Noodle Soup is quick and easy to make and so flavorful. 

The meatballs contain both shrimp and pork, along with garlic, ginger, scallions, cilantro, jalapeño, and oyster sauce.

Chicken Chow Fun (without the Fun) | Wok Wednesdays

This is Chicken Chow Fun, but it is missing the haw fun (the rice noodles). 

Chow Fun is essentially a stir fry with meat, veggies, and broad rice noodles (the Fun). As a matter of fact, for another Wok Wednesdays adventure, we all made Beef Chow Fun, so I am "experienced" using the noodles.
