Pâté Châud (Puff Pastry Pork from Little Saigon)

Pâté Châud, or Bánh Paté Sô, are little savory puff pastries, and they are sold in the pastry shops of Little Saigon, a community spanning Westminster and Garden Grove in Southern California, home to the largest concentration of people of Vietnamese descent outside of Vietnam. 

These pate chaud (pronounced ba-tay show and meaning "hot pie") are a tasty snack or appetizer and often enjoyed with a cup of Vietnamese coffee. 

Nuts and Bolts Chex Mix

Nuts and Bolts, or Chex Mix, is a delicious mixture of various crunchy cereals, pretzels, crackers, and nuts all tossed and baked in a savory combination of butter, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. 

This "Nuts and Bolts" Chex Mix can be made with any combination of Chex and other savory cereals, crunchy crackers and chips, and a mixture of roasted nuts. It's a great mix to have on hand when you need a quick snack.

These Rosemary Parmesan Crackers are so thin and crispy, and full of flavor. They are perfect for hostess gifts during the holidays, if you can bring yourself to give them away.

These Rosemary Parmesan Crackers are really hard to put down once you get started. This recipe makes about 4 dozen crackers, and I'm pretty sure I ate about half of them.
