Freaky Fruit Cocktails

Today's recipes are for three tropical fruit cocktails, a Freaky Green Cocktail, a Spicy Rambutan Cocktail, and Passion Fruit Margarita.

I received product samples from Melissa's Produce to aid in the creation of #FreakyFruitsFriday recipes. All opinions are mine. 

For the three Freaky cocktails, I used Kiwano melons for the Freaky Green Cocktail, rambutans for the Spicy Rambutan Cocktail, and passion fruit for the Passion Fruit Margarita.

Watermelon Salad with Mint and Lime

This watermelon salad with mint and lime juice is so juicy and fresh. It is the perfect salad for picnics, barbecues, and tapas parties.

Sangria Slushies

Sangria Slushies: Fruity red wine, brandy, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries frozen and blended into frosty summer treat.

These sangria slushies can be served as an aperitif or as a dessert. They are also perfect for a lazy summer afternoon on the patio, as long as you have no intention to be productive the rest of the day.
